About Refund/Return and Resend

After placed an order, you can apply Refund or Resend request to [email protected] 

You can ask to refund or resend anytime when you placed an order with us,if you 

1.Don't Like the product you received.

2.Don't want to resend again.

3.Have orther issues.

4.No reasons. 


The request for an order should not exceed 60 days,after it is overperiod order and it can not refund anymore.

After we receive your request, we will make decision of full / half /20% amounts of refund with the reason to you and you don't have to ship back your products to us which means it is free for you, refund time is arounds 3 business days to transfer to your original payment address.


Cash On Delivery(COD)payment is not applied to the refund policy before customer confirm(no paid) the order, if cutsomer request a refund of a COD Order which means the COD order is cancel, if it already shipping we will require the parcel ship back.


Resend

Redelivery refers to the customer after receipt of the goods there is a shipping or quality problem, within 60 days after the customer initially feedback to us, within 7 working days (excluding logistics time), we will provide supplementary delivery and update the international logistics number, if it is customized order we will take 14 working days to update, if your order is exceed 60 days we unable to apply for resend and re-delivery.

 

Resend Invoice

We will provide supplementary invoice to your mailbox and will update your order information and logistics information up to date.

 

Refund or Resend Frequency

In the most of cases, we only support fully refund or resend one time, however If the customer provides evidences show that the initial resending production has been seized by the local customs or there is still a problem with the quality of the production, a second resend will be carried out after our approval process, if it happened again, we are unable to provide third time resend.

 

Full Refund

You can ask us to refund anytime when you placed an order with us,if you

2.Don't want to resend again.

About placed order

After the customer has placed an order, we immediately start arranging the warehouse delivery and update to provide you with international logistics numbers within 1-2 weeks.

 

Options Issues

With regard to the size specification of the shipment, you must select your actual and accurate options (such as the size of the clothes, the color or the storages you wish to buy) in select an option or leave message in descriptions of order or leave a message to customer services.

If you do not provide the accurate and actual size information, we will confirm the choice of options by the information you posted in orders such as email or telephone.

if we unable to contact you for more than 3 working days we will randomly choose an option of products to ship, and this resulting delivery problem does not fall within the scope of quality problems.

 

What is a quality problem

Quality problem refers to the fact that the product your bought cannot be use for example: obvious damage, lack of necessary component parts, and there are obvious differences (e.g. texture, etc.), broken from the target contrast and our website product image.

If you encounter a quality problem, please provide real photo, video, order number and other information to us or email to [email protected], we will review within 7 working days, after the approval process we will resend you with new products.

For customized products, depending on customer requirements list or customer chat records.

 

Custom Seize

Customs seizure is force majeure, we will resend a new production for you by using other logistics channels, if it happened again, we make refund to you.

In this case, we will provide a local storage nearby your side in the future to provide a faster and more convenient logistics services, please follow up.

 

Custom levy

Customs levy is force majeure, we will pay it ,however if it costs too much we will arrange another ship for you.

 

Warranty Services

Due to the complexity of international logistics and the special of the productions we sold on the platform, we are unable to provide warranty services for goods, therefore if you need repair services, we recommend that you find your local third-party repair service provider for self-service maintenance of goods or purchase of accessories.

 

Delivery Losses

Delivery loss means that your logistics address is true and accurate, and the status of the shipment shows you received but, in the reality, you have not received productions for more than 7 working days. We recommended that firstly you could call your local logistics carrier with Logistics numbers that we provided in your order, secondly ask neighbor or carefully check around the mailbox near the address, finally if you still not found the package, you can contact us by provide proof for this case and we could arrange a resend to you.

 

Anti-frauds Action

Please beware If your account or your delivery address or IP address, have placed multiple refund or resend requests or placed many COD orders or canceled COD order 2 times more to us,  we might added you into our transaction fraud investigations list, therefore please do not attempt try to use our after-sales services for making money, which may result your information and your account or your common IP address being banned for one year, three years, or permanently banned.


Productions package

With regard to productions packaging, due to the copyright sensitivity of the international logistics, we may unable to provide the original packaging associated with brand, but we guarantee to our customer that products we sold have at least a similarity of 99% or more with the target contrast and same with the pictures we posted in our web.

 If you do need an original package, please place an additional packaging order in the customize category, we will be sending it separately with different order and shipping numbers.
