you are able to receive productions around the world at the fastest speed.
How can I track my package when I placed
an order in You U Need?
We usually provide the fastest delivery
methods (e.g. UPS, DHL, etc.), but as international logistics requires two ways
customs declare (send out and send in countries), once the package has been
declared from the send out country, the international logistics provider will
update the delivery number on time, which is usually within 7-16 working days since
you placed your order, if it is exceed 16 working days please contact us for
the update, if you have any other logistics issues, please contact customer
service or email to [email protected] at any time.
What should I do if my package seized by
customs?
This is usually a small probability event
and a force majeure factor, but if it is unfortunately happened, we will change
logistics channels and resend to you with second time delivery, for more
information please read our latest after-sales policy in detail.
What should I do if the Customs is
notified me for pay custom tax?
Customs tax is a force majeure factor and we will pay all, but if it is cost too high,we will change way and make a resend to you.
If my productions broken or damaged,
what should I do?
This is usually a small probability event,
but if unfortunately happens, we will change logistics channels and provide you
with resend delivery services, please read our latest after-sales policy in

How long does an international ship
takes?
If your orders address is correct and
accurate, it usually takes 7-16 days to receive your parcel.
If you exceed the normal delivery time for
more than 1 week, please contact Customer Service or email us at
[email protected] or contact a third-party logistics carrier via the
logistics number on the order.
Can I ask for speed up my parcels?
We understand your feeling, but we are not
a logistics service provider for your parcels, so if you wish to receive your
package faster, please contact the third-party logistics carrier via the
logistics number on the order for urgent processing, speed up parcel may apply
additional fees customers need to pay for this part.
How you guys packaging my parcels?
If you placed any orders from adult
productions category, we will use black, non-sensitive packaging without any
logos or notification to fully ensure that your privacy is not leaked, and if
you placed any orders from other category we are usually unable to provide the
original packaging related to LOGO due to sensitive of intellectual property,
but we guarantee the product itself with a similarity of 99% more to the target
contrast and also the product image that you see in production site.
If you do need an original package, please place an additional packaging order in the customize category, we will be sending it separately with different order and shipping numbers.
How does Cash On Delivery works:
When you placed an order with us, we will arrange the right product and ship, after you receive your parcel, you can check before confirm and pay cash to the logistician.

We are not supporting to ship your parcels (Actual
